Description
An early 80s movie by Sanrio (hello kity) called Sirius no densetsu or The sea prince and the fire child in the english release.
it's a Romeo and Juliet story, Sirius is from the water kingdom and Malta from the fire one (I like how their colors don't match that ) you can imagine what happens.
I enjoyed the story but it's thanks to it's visuals that I liked it enough to daw this, it's one of those styles that look like an hybrid of manga and Disney, style that isn't done anymore nowadays...it seems to be influenced particularly by Fantasia (specially the fairies!) wich is my favourite movie so I was instantly charmed by it, of course the animation isn't as fluent as a disney one but it is still well done.
